WELCOME!
Thank you for visiting our website today. As you learn more about Northwest Indian Bible School (NIBS), we hope you will join us in praise to God for the way He continues to use this ministry.
In 1968, a group of people searching for an appropriate location for a Native American school came across the tract of land where our school is now located. Later that year, a group gathered to dedicate this property to the Lord. The campus we now inhabit is a wonderful testament to the generosity of God’s people.
Today, to the glory of God, this school continues to operate to see Native American youth changed for eternity. We desire that our young people will yield to the Savior and surrender their lives to His employ. God has a work He wants to do in their hearts and in their homelands. It is a delight to be part of God’s work here at NIBS.
We are thankful for the wonderful team of staff that assures a smooth and efficient operation. Their Christ-like spirit is an example to our students. Together, we work to see them educated well, established in grace, and prepared for life.
Would you join the crowd of prayer supporters who assist us in this ministry?
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” – Romans 15:13

Our Mission
To train Native Americans to be holy disciples of Christ among their own people through a Spirit-filled academic setting:
developing them emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
WHY NIBS?
LIFE AT NIBS
What is NIBS all about?
Northwest Indian Bible School is here to lead Native American young people to the Lord through Christ-like examples being lived daily in the school setting. NIBS is a school, but schoolwork and learning are not the only goals that are accomplished here.
Every fall and winter, we hold revival services. This is a special time set aside to hear God’s truth from an anointed guest evangelist, and it is a time of refreshment and encouragement.
We bathe the week in prayer, praying that God would reveal Himself to our young people and lead them to a relationship with Christ.
Not only do we learn, and grow spiritually, but we also have loads of fun!
Throughout the year, we have planned activities such as picnics, Winterfest activities, field trips, camp-outs, banquets, and recreation nights. We have gone rafting down the Clark Fork River, had snow competitions, gone to see mansions, old mining towns, museums, played softball, volleyball, and much more!
Our banquets are a time of food and fellowship, along with little programs put on by our students and staff. At Northwest Indian Bible School, life-long friendships are created and life-changing decisions for Christ are made.
You can be a part of what goes on here by either attending, donating, or praying for us!
